Despite some cleanliness issues in the room and a delay in room readiness upon arrival, the hotel provided early check-in without extra charge. The Duty manager's unhelpful behavior in moving luggage was disappointing. The presence of mosquitoes and microorganisms in the room was a negative aspect. However, the location near the highway and close proximity to Magneto Mall were convenient.
